If a book does not land for you, we do not need a courtroom drama about it. You paid for something useful. If it was not useful, tell us and we will make it right.

How to ask for a refund
Email support@novaeducation.io from the email address you used at checkout. If you have an order number, include it. If you do not, send the email anyway. We can usually find the order.
What happens next
A human reviews the request and refunds the original payment method. Most refunds show up quickly, but banks can be weird little raccoons, so give the card network a few business days after we process it.
Digital files
You do not need to return the PDF. There is no fake “delete this file from your soul” ritual. The refund returns your money; the file can stay wherever downloads go to live.
